Hibiscus Hazy Pale Ale - 5.8%

This hazy pale ale was brewed with pilsner malt coupled with generous helpings of wheat and oats followed by a late kettle addition of hibiscus flowers for a subtle touch of colour. Fermented with Tropicale yeast strain to accentuate the dry hop additions of Azacca and El Dorado, to give tropical citrus and mango top notes followed by the subtle underlying aromas of pineapple and watermelon.
