We took all the ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice and molasses that we could find, followed with a generous ‘pinch’ of lactose. Aromas of Mum’s kitchen on baking day greet us from the glass, melding into the luscious silkiness of this classic cookie sweet style stout.
