Operation Sleepy Weasel

Somewhere in the Pacific, the Hot Shot team at Beer Baroness have been selected to write a page in the Malthouse WCIPA challenge history. Their mission, Operation Sleepy Weasel is one of national importance. Their task is to hop the living Pfaffenbach out of this beer. A top secret blend of the best American hops have been used to form a bitter flavour bomb of Tropical Fruit, Citrus and Resin. This is the mother of all beers.
