Sunshine and Spaceships uses a combination of Mosaic and Citra along with some out of this world hop heavyweights Strata and Galaxy. Sweet passionfruit and pineapple fight for centre stage against herbal resinous pine and grapefruit pith. A clean pilsner malt base is used with oats and spelt malt to provide a smooth and creamy mouthfeel.
